Royals could do nothing to stop the charge of 10 man Winkfield as
the visitors managed to overcome the home side 3-2. Ed Carpenter
(2) and Dan Sleet scored the all important goals for Winkfield with
their keeper making some superb saves during play to deny Royals
any points today.
Crowthorne
were out shot by the odd goal in 7 as Finchampstead Athletic took
all 3 points and a 4-3 win. Dale Clark (2) and Steve Morris netted
for Crowthorne, with Hunter and Swabey both netting braces for Finch.
Green
Man and Athletico Priestwood topped the table last season and both
admittedly are struggling thus far this year. The game was end to
end but with few chances arising thanks to the 2 defences. The game
ended 0-0 with centre back Dave Matthews named as man of the match
for his efforts.
Bracknell
Manics kept William Twigg to just 1 goal in the 1st half, but composure
left them in the 2nd as Twigg turned on the offensive and smashed
a further 8 goals with no reply to win the fixture 9-0. Ref Kieron
Brown kept the game in order, but it was Gary Sergeant (5), Ryan
Smith (3) and Mick Havermans whom netted the all important goals
to extend the lead on the table for the Twigg. Paul Denman and the
whole of the William Twigg side would like to offer their condolences
and support to fellow players Jamie and Mark Docherty whose father,
Ian Docherty sadly lost his battle with cancer late on Saturday
night.

Old Boys 7-2 today. Having started with 10 men, Winkfield managed
to scramble a 2-1 lead to the interval when they were joined by
their 11th man. This made all the difference in the 2nd half as
the home side went on to score a further 5 goals to seal the victory.
Lloyd Twyman (2), Mark Brown, Glen Holden, Adam Sharp, Ian Fellows
and Scott Benison all netted for Winkfield with Richard Stokoe and

Division
In
the solitary game of the division, Prince hosted Bracknell Galaxy
and were not shown any mercy as the visitors ran away with a 7-2
win. Joe Brockbank (4), Steve Champion (2) and Daniel Howard all
netted for Galaxy as they put in a strong performance in bad conditions.

Finchampstead
Athletic Sun B capitalised upon the slow start from FC Muchachos
de Bracknell as the home side went on to take the game 4-1. Out
numbering the Muchachos back line, Finch managed to bag goals from
Phil Hemmings (2) and Dan McCarthy, whilst Muchachos could only
reply the once through Paul Rosier.
Inter
took an early lead against The Bridge, but this was short lived
as the visitors eventually left the match with all 3 points having
taken a 4-2 win. David Bird and Rick Shaw netted for Inter, but
Dave Brown and a Jamie Tucker hat-trick was enough to seal the win
for The Bridge.

Loddon
Valley Rangers take another 3 points this week as they saw off AFC
Farmer 2-1 in a very close and competitive match. Tommy Onions put
the visitors ahead only for the comeback kings to deny Farmer the
3 points by snatching 2 goals late on through Jake Wheeler and Matthew
Jennings. Rides United Res bag a further 3 points as they shot down
Axfield with a score of 4-2. Martin Foster, Mark Smith, Dan Morrison
and John Downes all netted for Rides, with Callum Weekly and a Derren
Fox volley accounting for the Axfield goals.

Town & District Senior League Cup 2nd Round
In
the only game to go ahead in this competition today, Bagshot Road
took on Sandhurst Social for the right of passage to round 3. Bagshot
took the game by the scruff of the neck and made their ambitions
clear by winning the game comfortably 5-0. On his first start of
the season, Tom Williams grabbed a hat trick with Rob Turner and
John Hindley netting the other 2.
Bracknell
Town & District Junior League Cup 3rd Round
Keephatch
Park saw off the advances of Cable & Wireless as the home side
saw off the visitors by 3-1. Steve Burshill, Phil Tiernan and Mark
Copperthwaite all netted for Keephatch to send them through to the
4th round. Tim Lynam was on target for Cable, but this was not enough
on the day.
The
Old Manor and Queens Head battled hard for the complete 90 minutes
as either team could have grabbed the winner in this 1-0 game. With
chances going begging it was inevitable that The Old Manor would
eventually hit the back of the net, and they did this through a
John Mead header. This places The Old Manor in the last 8 of the
competition.
Winkfield
Res saw off 10 man BMW as the visitors continue to struggle for
players due to injury. Paul Sharman did net a goal for BMW, but
having missed a penalty proved to be costly for the visitors. Winkfield
took advantage of the extra man and netted through Ben Webber, Stu
Prendergast and Ben Shaw to book their place in round 4 with a 3-1
win.
AC
Woodcutters condemned FC A1 Group to their first loss this season
as the home side managed to hold off the attack and play out a 2-1
victory. Chris Bolt and Sean Watson netted for the home side with
Paul Hicks replying for FC A1.
FC
Fernhill have set out their stall and are looking to win the trophy
back to back as they continue through the rounds without trouble.
This week they faced Bracknell Manics Res and went to town as they
won the fixture 7-0 with Matt Lindstrom, Jamie Osbourne, Scott Whiting,
Rob Musson and Ben Knight (3) all on target. With only 2 games left
to reach the final it looks that Fernhill could be serious contenders
to hold onto the trophy for the 2nd year.
