The Metropolitan FC enquire if there are any teams within the league have a weekly booking on a local astro that they would like to share for training. i.e they maybe hire the whole pitch which they find quite expensive and maybe only need to use half of it and looking for someone to share the cost - Please contact Mark Higgins on 07793 720024

It has been confirmed by Berks & Bucks FA that there is no requirement for Clubs to obtain new photos for existing players signed to their club from the previous season.

All new clubs players will need to get photographs.
All players signing for a new club (transferring) will need new photographs as well

Cup Final Dates!

The Bracknell Town & District Sunday Football League Cup Final Dates are as follows:

- Friday 4th May - Senior Cup Final
William Twigg Albion vs. Wokingham Utd

- Friday 11th May - Junior Cup Final
FC Wokingham vs. Hope & Anchor

Cups are to be played at Bracknell Town Football Club - Best of luck to all teams

Please can the players & managers for the Bracknell Town & District Sunday Football League be on the lookout for any pitches that you think are available for clubs use next season that may not be being used in or near to Bracknell & Wokingham. Bracknell Town Council has informed the League that the following clubs have failed to complete their payments for use of football pitches for 2006-2007. Listed below are the clubs guilty of this offence together with the amount they still owe:

• Bracknell Wanderers £124
• Downshire Arms £320
• Green Man £295

Please ensure your debt to the Bracknell Town Council is cleard as soon as possible as the Council is almost at the end of the financial year. It is essential that you at least contact the council even if you are not in a position to clear the entire debt.

Failure to deal with this matter could result in Bracknell Town Council deciding not to allow your club the use of a pitch for season 2007-2008.

The Bracknell Town & District Sunday Football League is looking for new clubs to join their league to form a new fourth division. The new division will be formed solely from youth teams (ages between 16-20 years old). The new division will act as a stepping stone to adult football in the higher divisions.

Law 4 - The Players’ Equipment

Players & managers - an important notice for next season:

Law 4 of The Laws of the Game states that “A player must not use equipment or wear anything which is dangerous to himself or another player (including any kind of jewellery)”

Exception:

A player, who can satisfy the referee prior to the game that their PLAIN WEDDING BAND is unable to be removed, will be allowed to cover it with tape.
(This only applies to a plain wedding band and no other type of jewellery)
